The founder, Katie, is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, Certified Personal /Group Fitness Trainer, Lifestyle Coach, and former professional dancer. Driven by a commitment to positive change, Katie has helped countless clients transform their lives through sustainable bodywork practices.

How do I get started with a bodywork therapist?

Simply contact us to schedule your free 'Get To Know' you video call. We'll discuss your goals, current/past health conditions, and how we can create personalized plan to kickstart your fitness and wellness journey.

What can I expect during a Bodywork Intro session?

During a session, we'll review your health history, health and fitness goals, run simple and fast assessments, perform a beginner level assisted stretch, and discuss a suggested treatment plan as needed to ensure you stay on track.

How often will we meet for treatment sessions?

The frequency of sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. Typically, clients meet with their coach weekly or bi-weekly.

Are your coaching sessions available online?

Yes, we offer both in-person and online fitness training and lifestyle coaching sessions to accommodate your schedule and preferences.
